Council Minutes from May 4, 2010
Approved
Those in attendance: Rob Iten, Margo Hutchison, Keith Oelschlager, Tasse Anderberg, Tom Erie, Cush Minar, Mary Jo Erdman, Rhonda Dippon, Pastor Mark Herringshaw and invited guest Marcus Haug
Opening prayer time:
The council spent time in prayer, lifting up the needs of the church before the Lord.
Agenda:
The agenda was revised and was approved.
Budget:
A request was made at the last council meeting to have the finance committee review the budget for the 2010-2011 fiscal year, which they have completed. Rob read the letter of recommendation the finance committee sent to the council, stating their approval of the budget as presented. A motion was made to approve the budget for 2010-2011 and was unanimously approved.
Action Item
The council requests that the leadership staff bring a plan to the next council meeting regarding the 11:00 service at Arden Hills.
Margo Hutchison read her letter of resignation to the council. She has decided to step down. The council prayed for Margo and her family.
A motion was made and passed to adjourn the meeting.
The meeting was closed in prayer.
