| Communications Team / Encounter Celebration Leader Andrew Dowsett heads up both the central church Communication Team and ‘Encounter’, a Celebration of city clusters which have a network (as opposed to neighbourhood) mission focus. It’s a Clark Kent/Superman sort of dual existence, but without the lycra… Andrew is married to Jo, and they have two young children, Susannah and Noah.
