Jo Saxton is Chair of the Board for 3DMovements, and co-pastor of Mission Point Church, MN with her husband Chris. They have two wonderful elementary school aged daughters. Jo is based in the Minneapolis area, so serves on the 3DM Minnesota Hub team.

Paul Maconochie works at Grace Gathering and heads up the executive team for 3D Movements. Paul and his wife Elly have two teenage daughters, Grace and Hannah. They are passionate about seeing a growing movement of discipleship in our culture, with every day people being equipped to live like Jesus.
Eric PfiefferEric Pfeiffer
Eric and Kandi Pfeiffer oversee the work of 3DM in the Eastern region of the US by continuing the multiplication of coaching huddles, workshops, and learning communities. While training and releasing amazing leaders for this work all around North America, they are also focused on leading a missional life where they live in Pawleys Island, SC. Eric and Kandi have two children, Charity and Justus.
Bob RognlienBob Rognlien
Bob and Pam have been married for 28 years, have two grown sons and live in Southern California, where they are leading out 3DM West. They are also passionate about taking people on unique spiritual pilgrimages in the footsteps of Jesus and Paul. www.footsteps-experience.com
Mike McCoyMike McCoy
Mike McCoy is the senior pastor of Vineyard Church, Concord, and the treasurer of 3D Movements. He has been married for forty marvelous years to Mary Anne. They have two wonderful daughters—Becca and Jenny—and five awesome grandchildren. Mike leads the 3DM San Francisco Hub with Art Barrett, Sean Blomquist, and a team of incredible frontier leaders.
Per NilsenPer Nilsen
Per Nilsen worked to plant Community of Hope Church in Rosemount, MN and is currently the Lead Pastor. He also serves as the President of The Master’s Institute Seminary and is the Regional Director for 3DM, leading the Minnesota Hub team. Per rounds out his schedule with hobbies of weightlifting, bow hunting, and reading.
Chris NormanChris Norman
Chris Norman is the senior leader of Grace Gathering in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and leads the 3DM Hub there. Chris is married to Kathy, and they have four kids. Chris and Kathy are humbled and honored to serve leaders and churches across the midwest region.
Jo RappsJo Rapps
Jo Rapps is the Executive Administrator for 3D Movements. Jo has been married to Kevin for 21 years and is mum to Bronte and Leighton. Jo has been part of the movement for the last 9 years and is excited to continue to serve in this new capacity.
