Leadership

Leadership within the Order is structured through the Senior Guardian, regionally appointed Guardians and a selected Chair of Guardians in each region. Accountability to the wider church is maintained through Visitors to the Order. We believe that in this way we can avoid cumbersome hierarchical structures which hinder the dynamic apostolic move of the Kingdom, while at the same time maintaining a transparency of leadership throughout the Order and to those from whom we derive our spiritual heritage.
