  • What are the critical operational pressure points?
  • Is the top-line growth is followed by a bottom-line increase? CUSTOMERS

  • Do we have a clear sell and customer service workflow? (could we highlight potential pressure point)
  • Do we have a clear territory and account management playbook? (to avoid to loose touch with key customers) PEOPLE

  • Do we have the right people in the right spot?
  • Would the growth overwork the team(s)
  • Do we have the right people to scale up?
  • Do we have a recruitment plan to support growth?
  • Are the compensation system adapted ( people benefit from growth, but also no over benefit only on short term)?
  • Do we have a training plan to onboard easily and quickly new team members? OFFER
