OVERPERFORMING RISKS
“The right question is usually more important than the right answer.” Plato
GROWTH REASONS
- What is driving the rapid growth? (Organic or M&A*, People or Product, Internal or external)
- What are the critical operational pressure points?
- Is the top-line growth is followed by a bottom-line increase? CUSTOMERS
- Does the growth affect the product or service quality delivered?
- Do we have a clear sell and customer service workflow? (could we highlight potential pressure point)
- Do we have a clear territory and account management playbook? (to avoid to loose touch with key customers) PEOPLE
- Do we have the right people in the right spot?
- Would the growth overwork the team(s)
- Do we have the right people to scale up?
- Do we have a recruitment plan to support growth?
- Are the compensation system adapted ( people benefit from growth, but also no over benefit only on short term)?
- Do we have a training plan to onboard easily and quickly new team members? OFFER
OFFER
- Is rapid growth could affect the quality of our service or product? MARKET
