Rich is married to Lizzie and they have a daughter Beatrice. Rich has been involved in  youth ministry for over 15 years and is now the team leader of REBUILD.

REBUILD is a ministry of 3DM Europe which seeks to serve the heroes all around Europe and beyond who are seeking to reach and disciple what many have called the missing generation of the church … the youth, kids, university students and young adults. We believe that we can see this missing generation become the REBUILDing generation of the church. We seek to serve those reaching this generation with resources, training and coaching to enable the good work which is already being done to become even sharper. REBUILD seeks to serve the church as it aims to seeing a generation REBUILD.
